This "Climat"

The name Caradeux would come from "Char à Boeufs", because the lower part of the plot was along the Roman road from Beaune to Vergy where wagons pulled by oxes passed.

Tasting

Appearence : Clear and shiny Bouquet : Expressive with aromas of hazelnut, acacia honey, fresh quince and peach. In the mouth : Complex, almost creamy, the fruit gradually gives way to a nice minerality. Very salivating, the finish is long and dynamic.

Terroir

Facing to the east on a sloping hillside, the soil is shallow and very stony.
