This "Climat"

The name "Sous les Cloux" in Pernand Vergelesse comes from the location of this plot in relation to a large enclosed, walled complex which disappeared in the 14th century. Archaeological excavations have revealed vestiges of Gallo-Roman habitats in this location.

Tasting

Appearance : shiny and golden Bouquet : The first bouquet is fresh with notes of yellow fruits, slightly lemony, a little minty and leaves an elegant finish with nuances of cinnamon and toasted bread. Mouth : The start is ample, marked by aromas of white flowers, peach and quince. The minerality supports a beautiful complexity with a slightly toasted finish.
